To:
Director General of World Health Organization
Mr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus
We thank your fast respond regarding our previous letter no. 139/KP3-I/IX/2020 also followed by the second correspondence letter
- 11/ KP3-i/I/2021 concerning the global pandemic situation of COVID-19 that we current dealt with.
We would like to be informed with the latest ongoing investigation regarding the pandemic of COVID-19 which is carried out by Word Health Organization.
Yet, until now we found that WHO has not firm and present the investigations results which is carried out in Wuhan-China.
As part of global and the world community in Indonesia, we need to emphasize WHO to put all necessary effort and firmly concluded the origin of the COVID 19 virus.
It is very important for the world community to know the real truth, whether the virus is due to natural events or developed in laboratory with the help of human interference.
The effect caused by COVID 19 had given a great burden to the world’s population and contributed to disruption of both the normally life order, culture, customs. Moreover, derogating human rights regarding:
- The right to perform worship
- The right for accessing education
- Economic Rights
- Cultural Rights
- Customary Rights
All these rights are protected by the international United Nation Human Rights statute.
World Health Organization (WHO) as the authoritative mandate holder of the world health authority, we view that WHO needs to be take firm steps in a measured, structured and time-limited manner ways to restore the life order of the world’s population back to its original normal situation.
We are also aware that some interest is at a play. Competition among countries owners of 5G technology in the context of economic competition had put the health of human population at a great risk.
We sincerely hope that WHO does not trapped in the middle of this conflict of interest.
We urge WHO to stay its focused and seriously maintaining human safety through the main health duties and functions that have been carried out so far.
As a development partner, we consider it necessary for WHO to take measurable, structured and time-limited strategic policy steps in mitigating this pandemic condition, including by:
- Encouraging Mandatory Health Protocol Worldwide.
- Ensure the Availability of vaccines that are standard worldwide
- Conclude the origin and give Clarity regarding which country is responsible for the source of the spread pandemic COVID 19 and provides sanctions according to WHO standards.
4. For future learning, the virus should not be exercised as the instrument of biological war or tools for the interests of economic suppression to certain country.
We need to clearly emphasize that our main concerned and effort are solely for the interest of saving the world’s population without having any political interests.
Our best hope is that WHO can wisely follow up input and suggestions that we submit and present in a serious manner for the sake of saving the health of the world community.
Best regrads,
Tomu Agustinus SH,MIH
